The course was built in 1910, with an 18-hole layout shaped by Albert Murray, Walter Travis, and C.H. Alison between 1912 and 1921. It is a semi-private parkland course featuring undulating terrain and mature trees. The design includes deep sand bunkers and sloped greens, with all 18 original green complexes remaining intact. The layout measures 6,457 yards with a par of 70.
