Pugwash HarbourFest

Now in its 20th year (2026 edition runs August 7–9), this annual summer festival takes over the Pugwash waterfront with live concerts on the Harbourfront Stage, a famous cardboard boat race, 5K run, beach volleyball, a beer garden, food trucks, children's activities, and interactive art events. Admission to the grounds and most activities is free, making it a perfect add-on for golfers staying at nearby Northumberland Links or Fox Harb'r Resort. The festival draws visitors from across Atlantic Canada and beyond each summer.
