Nova Scotia's beloved 3-day celebration of lobster, maritime culture & live music since 1934.
Held every July in the historic town of Pictou on the Northumberland Shore, this 90-year-old carnival marks the end of the local lobster fishing season. Highlights include lobster dinners, live headliner concerts, a Mardi Gras street parade, lobster boat races, carnival midway rides, an antique car show, and fireworks over the waterfront. It is an officially designated Nova Scotia Signature Event and draws large crowds from across the Maritime provinces.
