Edmonton Folk Music Festival

The Edmonton Folk Music Festival has grown since 1980 into one of the leading folk festivals in the world, set in the natural amphitheatre of Gallagher Park with the city skyline as a backdrop. The four-day event features eclectic performers from around the globe across multiple stages, local food vendors, and a warm community atmosphere run by over 2,500 volunteers. Children 11 and under are admitted free, and the festival regularly sells out its four-day passes well in advance.
