Atlantic Canada's most colourful festival—dozens of hot air balloons over the Sussex Valley.
Held every September just after Labour Day weekend, the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta fills the skies above Princess Louise Park in Sussex with roughly 30 vibrant hot air balloons at dawn and dusk. Beyond the launches, visitors enjoy a craft fair, huge indoor market, car show, amusement rides, and live music—drawing fans from across the Maritimes and beyond. Balloon flights can also be booked for those who want a bird's-eye view of the Fundy region.
