AREA 506 takes over the Saint John waterfront every summer on the New Brunswick Day long weekend (first Monday of August), transforming it with a village of shipping containers housing vendors, a bar, food trucks, and public art. The festival features a broad lineup of local, national, and international musical acts across multiple stages and has drawn thousands of attendees annually since 2016.
