North America's longest-running Highland Games outside Scotland, held every July.
Running continuously since 1863, this week-long festival fills Antigonish with pipe bands, Highland dancing, caber toss, ceilidhs, and a Concert Under the Stars. The schedule includes clan gatherings, Scottish heritage workshops, the Nova Scotia Pipe Band Championships, and a kilted golf tournament at a local course. It draws visitors from across Canada and around the world and is considered one of the top Celtic celebrations on the continent.
