A 175+ year-old fall fair near Hamilton with livestock, midway rides & a demolition derby.
The Ancaster Fair, held each September at the Ancaster Fairgrounds, is one of the Hamilton area's most beloved agricultural traditions dating back to 1850. Over four days, visitors enjoy livestock and horse shows, agricultural demonstrations, homecraft exhibits, midway rides, live entertainment, local vendor markets, and the ever-popular demolition derby. Organized by the volunteer-run Ancaster Agricultural Society, the fair draws visitors of all ages from across the region.
